At Zeromoskito.com, standard shipping is free within Canada and USA on all orders over $99, before taxes.

Order Processing

Once you have finished placing your order on Zeromoskito.com, the processing will take between 1 and 2 business days. Note that our team processes orders between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. For example, if you place an order Friday night it will begin to be processed Monday morning. The processing time is already incorporated into our delivery time noted, when you select your method of shipping. If ever our processing time takes more than 2 days, and jeopardizes the guaranteed date of delivery, we will select a faster shipping method at our own cost.

Tracking your order

You can easily follow your order as it is being processed and shipped by us with a registered account. You can verify your order by logging into your account (link to Logging into your account) and you can follow your order via email only.
